By accessing or using soulcityvibes.com, purchasing a beat license, or buying apparel from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase our products.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Soul City Vibes offers two primary categories of products: (1) digital beat licenses for use in music production, and (2) physical apparel and accessories.

All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

When you purchase a beat from Soul City Vibes, you are purchasing a license to use the beat — not ownership of the underlying composition. Bizz Rock retains all copyright and master ownership of every beat unless an Exclusive license is purchased.

Basic MP3 License: Tagged MP3 file. Up to 5,000 audio streams, up to 2,500 video views, non-profit performances only, must credit "Prod. by Bizz Rock" in all uses. Non-transferable.

Premium WAV + MP3 License: Untagged WAV and MP3 files. Up to 100,000 audio streams, up to 50,000 video views, monetized distribution allowed, paid performances allowed, must credit "Prod. by Bizz Rock". Non-exclusive — the beat may still be licensed to other artists.

Exclusive Stems + WAV + MP3 License: Full track stems plus untagged WAV and MP3 files. Unlimited streams, unlimited video views, full commercial use rights, paid performances allowed, must credit "Prod. by Bizz Rock" on the first release. The beat is removed from sale upon purchase and will not be re-licensed to any other party.

All licenses are granted upon successful payment. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license any beat file. Use in connection with hateful, discriminatory, or illegal content is strictly prohibited and voids the license.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and applicable sales tax will be added at checkout where required.

Beat licenses are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all beat license sales are final and non-refundable.

Apparel orders may be refunded or exchanged if the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or printed incorrectly. To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Physical merchandise is produced on demand and fulfilled by Printful. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, after which your order ships from the nearest Printful facility.

Shipping times vary by destination and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us and we will work with Printful to resolve the issue.

All content on soulcityvibes.com — including beats, audio files, artwork, photography, logos, designs, text, and trademarks — is the property of Soul City Vibes and Bizz Rock, or used under license, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without our express written permission, except as permitted by the specific beat license you have purchased.

You agree not to use soulcityvibes.com for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with site operation, or to upload viruses or malicious code.

We reserve the right to terminate access, cancel orders, or revoke licenses for any user who violates these terms.

Soul City Vibes provides this site and its products on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul City Vibes, Bizz Rock, and any affiliated parties are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the site or our products. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of soulcityvibes.com shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
